PrimeArray sells its products worldwide either directly or through distributor/resellers located close to its customers. Please provide us with information about your location and product needs. PrimeArray maintains relationships with distributors/resellers in many countries. Please contact us to determine if we have a distributor near you. And, if you are a distributor/reseller, please contact us about serving your market with our products
Warranty/Customer Technical Support
Every PrimeArray system comes with a one year Warranty against defects in manufacture. The warranty covers parts and depot labor to repair or replace defective items which have failed as a result of normal use. The Warranty/Customer Technical Support includes access by telephone and e-mail to our Technical Support staff who provide assistance in installation and on-going application as well as in hardware/software fault diagnosis. Replacements for failed items are advanced-shipped to customer site. Replaced items must be returned to PrimeArray. On-site support in the U.S. is available as an option. Periodic software/firmware updates are included for download to the customer's system. PrimeArray reserves the right to either repair the customer's system or replace it with a like system or better.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper treatment of the system such as dropping or water damage. PrimeArray makes no claim to protect against obsolescence, network changes or other external factors which might render the PrimeArray system ineffective.
