PrimeArray believes in working closely with its customers.  We build systems to exactly meet our customer’s needs.  Thus, we don’t sell thru distribution, we sell directly to resellers worldwide.

After the sale, we become the primary support vehicle.  We make sure your customers are happy and trained to use our products.  All PrimeArray products come with a year of support (phone or email) along with a one-year warranty.  This can be extended up to three years or more.

 

4. Flexibility: We go out of our way to deliver a product that meets your needs and your customer’s needs.  We can drop-ship directly to your customers or ship to you.  We can arrange leasing arrangements. We can provide spare parts.  Just ask.

 

5. Easy to Work With: No Fees and No Minimums. You make money on your first sale with no strings attached.  Though larger discounts might be tied to sales volume, we do not require minimum sales commitments or binding contracts.

 

6. Incentives:  Our discount structure is tied to sales volume. The more units you sell, the more you earn.  From time to time, we may offer time or product based incentives.
