PrimeArray Systems, Inc. offers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all product configurations. PrimeArray Systems, Inc. will refund the purchase price (less shipping costs and a 25 percent restocking fee) should the customer be displeased with their purchased solution. The following conditions apply:

1. Customer must call PrimeArray Systems, Inc. for an RMA number within 30 days of receiving merchandise.
   


2. Once an RMA has been generated the items must be returned within 10-days of the RMA issue date.
   


3. Merchandise must be returned via an insured carrier that will provide proof of delivery. The customer is responsible for freight charges and is responsible for ensuring the equipment is returned without damage. Damaged equipment may result in a partial refund.
   


4. Failure to return equipment in like new condition, or failure to return all items including accessories, may result in a partial refund.
